SHARED ACCOMMODATION
Twin sharing, three sharing or four sharing accommodation is available at an average cost of Rs. 6000 to Rs. 12000 per month.
These charges mostly include electricity charges, water, bed and mattress, table and chair, cupboard and food (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Students can choose depending on their affordability and availability.
RENTED APARTMENTS
Single bedroom apartments with sitting, dining room and kitchen facilities can be hired at an average cost of Rs. 18000 to Rs. 24000 per month. Two bedroom apartments are also available at an average cost of Rs. 27000 to Rs. 36000 per month.
All charges are subject to the facility provided at the apartment complex. There will be a refundable deposit of a minimum of six months’ rent. Furnishing the apartment will be the responsibility of the tenant.ISBC provides assistance in finding accommodation for students.
